- ➤ The Florida Department of Transportation is upgrading Beck Avenue in St. Andrews by replacing mulch and pine straw with shells that stay in place in rain, city manager Jonathan Hayes said. The two-week project is fully funded (by state funds). WJHG
- ➤ Amid freezing temperatures today, the warming shelter at A-D Harris Learning Village seeks extra volunteers for shifts to support over 50 nightly guests (6 p.m. to noon). WJHG
- ➤ Salty Cats Rescue is hosting Running of the Cats, a fundraiser where community members can skate to support local animal rescue efforts. The event’s date and venue will be announced soon (stay tuned for updates). WJHG

- ➤ The Work of Our Hands exhibit, which highlights the power of black artists, is now on display in Panama City. The exhibition is part of a local initiative that celebrates art & culture, inviting community members to experience unique works of creativity. WJHG
