- ➤ Gas prices in Florida dipped on Friday, with Panama City now the cheapest at $3.320 per gallon after a 10-day streak of increases. The coordinated release of 400 million barrels from oil reserves helped slow rising fuel costs, though diesel prices continued to climb. Panama City News Herald
