- ➤ Mayor Stuart Tettemer said Panama City Beach is ready for a high-impact spring break period starting this weekend, Mar. 28-Apr. 11, with nightly beach closures, juvenile curfews, and a command center for coordinated responses. - ➤ Bay District Schools named Michelle Good as the new principal at Deer Point Elementary School — her transition begins in April even though her official start date is July 1.
