- ➤ On March 25, FSU Panama City held a tribute where Karen Ringelberg unveiled her late husband’s diving helmet (he was the first commanding officer of the Navy Experimental Diving Unit and chief engineer of the aircraft carrier John F. - ➤ Dr. Robert Todd Mitchell has been named the new principal of J.R.
