- ➤ A Panama City teacher (Erika Mattson, 36) was arrested on Thursday on charges of engaging in sexual conduct with a student (the relationship began in May when the student turned 18 and continued after graduation) as her position at Kaleidoscope School of Discovery violated state law, police said.
