- ➤ Panama City Police are searching for 13-year-old Jaclyn Dumers who went missing May 10 at around 2 p.m. near W 23rd St and Lisenby Ave and is described as having blonde hair and brown eyes (5'5, 126 lbs), wearing a pink sweatshirt, black leggings with red and gray llamas, black and white Nike shoes, and carrying a large brown purse; anyone with information is urged to call 850-872-3100 or report anonymously to Crime Stoppers. - ➤ A deadly crash in Callaway on Friday night led to the arrest of 25-year-old Joan Sebastian Suarez Torres on DUI manslaughter charges after her Black Chevy Malibu rear-ended a GMC on the 4000 block of Hwy 22 near Bob Little Rd—her passenger died and three others in the GMC were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
