ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A Florida Highway Patrol trooper tried to stop a red Suzuki sport motorcycle near Front Beach Road on Saturday night when the rider fled and lost control, crashing and ejecting from the bike; troopers provided aid until EMS and fire rescue arrived, but the driver died at the scene. WJHG
- ➤ A man in his mid-sixties drowned near Tropic Winds at around 4 p.m. Saturday with single-red flags flying, as bystanders performed CPR before he was pronounced dead at a local hospital — officials urge beachgoers to call 911 if someone is in distress. WJHG

- ➤ On Saturday night, troopers initiated a traffic stop on Front Beach Road near Churchwell Drive for a red Suzuki motorcycle, but the 27-year-old rider from Panama City Beach failed to comply, lost control during the chase, crashed, and was pronounced dead on the scene—officials continue to investigate the incident.
