- ➤ The Bay County Sheriff's Office said they responded last weekend at 2:24 a.m. to a shooting at Wildwood Road and Emerald Cove Street in Panama City Beach that left Lyft driver William Robert McArthur fatally wounded—17-year-old Brayden Raul Gomez was arrested after blood was found on his clothing and the gun was recovered from a trashcan.
