- ➤ Gulf Coast State College ranks as one of the most affordable public colleges in the panhandle — charging $2,300 in-state and $8,600 out-of-state — according to the U.S. Department of Education's report. - ➤ Gulf Coast State College partnered with STEM Origins Foundation and received a donation from Capital City Bank to award 10 scholarships—each worth $500—to fifth graders from 10 local elementary schools, which include a scholarship for a STEM summer camp over the next two weeks.
