- ➤ An 86-year-old Port St. Joe man died after his vehicle struck a concrete island on Highway 98 near Airey Avenue — the impact sent his car into an overpass, and responders including Tyndall Air Force Base assisted before he was pronounced dead at a local hospital. WJHG
- ➤ The Florida Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash on US 98 when an 86-year-old man from Port Saint Joe struck a concrete island after leaving the exit ramp to Airley Avenue at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday+ he was transported to Bay Ascension Sacred Heart where he was pronounced dead, with assistance from Tynadall Air Force Base.
