- ➤ Bay County Sheriff Tommy Ford announced on July 14th that officers arrested 55-year-old Richard Bailey and Brittany Addis at a Cedar Bluff Road residence after a three-week investigation uncovered 91 felony warrants—mostly for fraud and racketeering—and that Bailey faces charges including sex offender violations while Addis is charged with assisting a sex offender and child neglect, with juveniles at the scene turned over to the Department of Children and Families.
