- ➤ On March 12th, police responded to a domestic violence call at Sunny Side Apartments in Panama City Beach where Hailey Knowles was strangled by her boyfriend Milan McKelvey—who was released on bond and later violated a no-contact order by arriving armed at the home and killing both Hailey and Ashley—while Bay County continues to report the highest domestic violence rate in the state. - ➤ FSU’s Collegiate School at FSU PC is expanding as enrollment grew from 100 ninth graders to 300 students in grades nine to eleven in two years—students now take college courses on campus with FSU professors.
