- ➤ Bay County Animal Shelter launches its Fall in Love adoption event today through September 6 to ease shelter overcrowding—adoption fees are $10 for dogs, puppies, and cats while all animals are spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for heartworm. My Panhandle
