- ➤ A Lynn Haven man was charged with DUI manslaughter after his SUV hit a 64-year-old motorcyclist on Thomas Drive on Aug. 24 at 1:20 a.m., killing the rider and critically injuring the passenger as he fled the scene before police detained him and set a $600,000 bond—Alexander Blair Morrison is the accused.
