- ➤ Kay Parker Brackett opened The Grocery Kitchen and Taproom at 1010 Beck Ave in historic St. Andrews by repurposing the old Serve-You-Well store into a restaurant that serves Southern and Cajun food, live music, two bars and fine cigars — a nod to Panama City's heritage and modern spirit — and the venue has quickly become a local gathering place.
