- ➤ The St. Joe Community Foundation will donate $194,212 to the FSU Foundation to support ASCENT, the Bays Estuary Program and the Advanced Science Diving Program at FSU Panama City—an official check presentation is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 22 at the Holley Academic Center.
