- ➤ Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport announced Delta began daily roundtrip flights to LaGuardia Airport on Sunday, Oct. 26 (celebrated with a water cannon salute) as travelers booked tickets online. ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ The Triumph Gulf Coast Board approved one grant and advanced two projects to boost job growth and training in the Panhandle. Project Kilowatt will bring nearly 298 high-paying jobs with a high-tech boat manufacturing facility in Bay County by the end of 2026—while additional awards include a $250,000 aviation training program and a nearly $7 million digital tools initiative for Gulf County School District, all pending final approval.
