- ➤ Several Panhandle counties will host Veterans Day events on Tuesday, Nov 11—Marianna’s parade begins at 2:30 p.m., Bay County’s parade starts at 8:30 a.m., and ceremonies will also take place in Apalachicola, Callaway and DeFuniak Springs while Panama City Beach holds a memorial ceremony at the Veterans Memorial.
