  • Three days of holiday cheer took place at Captain Anderson’s event center as the Emerald Coast Christmas Bazaar and Food Truck Festival drew hundreds for early shopping, live music, pet adoptions, and kid activities — a community raffle raised funds for Rooms with a Purpose, a nonprofit that creates free bedroom makeovers for children with serious illnesses.  My Panhandle

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • City staff and CBC Construction finished the final phase of the $7M Harrison Avenue streetscape project between 5th and 6th, making the roadway safe for travel downtown. Officials will host a ribbon-cutting today at 2 p.m. as they celebrate the project that will boost pedestrian access and holiday shopping.  My Panhandle

LIFESTYLE NEWS

  • St. Andrews State Park now offers luxury glamping sites that feature high-end tents equipped with a queen bed, twin cot, heating, air conditioning and a coffee maker—three sites are on the shoreline while three are set in a wooded area.  Panama City News Herald
  • Bay County is asking residents and visitors to vote for their favorite new attraction in 2025 — options include Topgolf, Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, the Panama City Beach Skate Park, McGuire’s Irish Pub and Aldi.
