- ➤ Two new businesses will open in Bay County on December 2 with grand opening events planned in Panama City and near Bayou George. The new Cumberland Farms in Panama City will operate from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. with Monster Energy tastings and free fried chicken samples + the Costa Family McDonald’s will hold a ribbon cutting at 9:30 a.m. and give free Happy Meals for the first 50 drive-thru customers.
