  • Panama City's new Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center nears completion with 30,000 sqft of facilities (project cost $21 million) and will open on January 16 to offer a gym, study room, culinary kitchen, and community programs while the STEM office and recording studio are still being finished.  WJHG
