If you or someone you know relies on the Pregnancy Resource Center of Panama City, here's the latest. The center announced its closing in an Oct. 27 Facebook statement. Board President Russell Wilson said the board let the executive director go after disagreements over direction, including how much focus the baby supply bank should get. Staff then walked out.

WJHG reports that board members target early 2027 to reopen. Grothman says the center needs a full team before it takes new clients.
