A 1976 time capsule was unsealed in downtown Panama City after 50 years

The Wrap

Picture a building on the Gulf Coast State College campus suddenly dressed in sand art or a ceramics rave room. That's Public Eye Soar, back for its 13th year tonight and Saturday, Nov. 7, with more than 60 projectors showing work by nearly 200 artists. It's free. Pretty bright idea.
